We provide impartial information, advice and support regarding educational matters, to parents and carers of children aged 2 to 19 with Special Educational Needs, medical conditions or disabilities.

- We provide training to parents on issues relating to SEN and to professionals on how to work effectively with parents
- We are also involved in supporting the Aiming High agenda including the setting up of parent forums
