We offer:

A free, impartial and totally confidential service offering support and advice to parents and carers of children and young people who have already been identified as having Special Educational Needs, or who are concerned that their child may have Special Educational Needs.

We can assist in completing forms, explaining the Statementing process, liaise with schools and other services or attend meetings and reviews if necessary. Also, we can help parents in preparing for Tribunals or Appeals.

Parents may also get involved by attending our Parents' Consultation Group, or by contacting other local/national groups who can offer further support for parents’ and children’s needs.
