The Family Fund look at any grant request that relates to the needs of a disabled or seriously ill child, young person and their family.

Caudwell Children:
Applications must be on behalf of one particular child, with an illness, disability or special need. The criteria is:
- The child must be 18 or under at the time of application.
- The child must live in the United Kingdom.
- Household income/salary (not including benefits) under £45,000 gross per annum.

Family Action (formerly Family Welfare Association):
Family Action’s Grants Service distributes funds from over 70 trusts that have very diverse eligibility criteria, allowing us to meet a wide variety of need with both Welfare and Educational grants.
Assistance is primarily targeted at families and individuals with low incomes, particularly those living on benefits.
